My family is nuts about table tennis. We play it all the time, at least when the weather is bad and we are forced indoors.

One reason I like it is because it is something we can all do. My little brother and sister are awesome and might even be the best in the family.

My mother is the best though, she rocks! It’s funny to watch her get so excited and proud of herself. You would think it was the Olympics or something! We have a family room and it really is one of our Family Fun Places that we return to all the time.

Son Searching For Fun Topic

My son came home today with the assignment of coming up with a topic for science class project. He had a list of suggested topics from his teacher, but none of them seemed like a fun science fair project to him. So, he’s off on a quest to find a fun topic to do his project on. I tried to remember what I did mine on over twenty-five years ago, but all I remember was that it was something to do with plants and depriving them of sunlight. My son has no interest in botany what so ever. I’m just letting him run with this however he wants to.

Fourth Grade Students Prepare for the Science Fair

As a fourth grade teacher, I have many students that are extremely excited about the upcoming science fair. The Science Projects that each student has completed will be on display. The students parents are invited to walk through the auditorium filled with the displays on Friday afternoon. We expect a good turn out this year. We had over 4,000 people come to the science fair last year. The types of projects that we will see this year include an erupting volcano, a home prototype with solar panels, and a display on magnets and electricity. I believe that I am just as excited as the children are.

Newborn Babies Deserve Only the Best Clothes

Babies are very fragile. One needs to provide them the best comfort from their environment to the clothes they wear. It is very delicate to rear babies. I even make sure that all the clothes of my baby are made of pure cotton to provide them something comfortable to wear. I also avoid using scented detergents for washing their clothes. It is always best to secure the baby using a blanket or comforter for both indoor and outdoor to keep them warm too. Blankets or comforters, baby clothes and sleepwear are great Infant Gifts to give for baby showers. They are practical gifts to give that babies could really make use of than toys.

This baby phone is really top of the line. Both devices can be either operated by cable or battery. The distance available is more than enough. Outside I can be 600 feet away with the baby sleeping in her room and even when I visit the neighbors I am still in range. If the reception is disrupted there is a LED that will turn on plus a you will hear a tone, which is very important for us as you don’t see the LED very well in the sunlight. We have been using the Baby Care 4 Babyphone for more then 6 months now and we never had any other noises than our baby and this with exceptional sound quality. When it is silent in baby’s room, the parent device shuts down automatically and with the smallest noise it will turn itself back on.

If you are an active parent, running around town with your baby, there is no piece of gear more crucial than the changing bag. A well designed bag will not only allow you to carry all of the diapers, wipes, bottles, toys, and miscellaneous items to keep your baby going but also allow you to do it in comfort while still being able to push or carry the baby. If you get a poorly designed bag, forget it you have lost from the get go. It will be an endless struggle between carrying the baby and all of the gear. My piece of advice when you are having a baby is that if you are going to splurge on one piece of equipment, make it the changing bag.
