Education grant money is available for you! So many dads fight every day to make a living so that they can support their family without the painful strain of financial stress.  They work, sometimes several jobs, to provide food, shelter and clothing for their wives and children.  While working they hope that someday they will be able to provide a financially comfortable future, allowing them to take simple vacations and to be able to offer their children more than their own parents were able to offer them as children. These awards are based on a student’s athletic, academic, artistic or other abilities, and often factor in an applicant’s community service record and extracurricular activities. The most common merit-based scholarships, awarded by either private organizations or directly by a student’s intended college, recognize academic achievement or high scores on the ACT and SAT standardized tests.
