The Sole Elliptical Trainer

Posted by Mackenzie,

Sole elliptical trainers have some excellent features to include their proprietary footpad alignment, which have a slight inward angle of approximately two degrees.  Some manufacturers position the footpads closer together in hopes of keeping the bodyweight from being thrown off balance, but adjusting the angle itself seems to work more effectively. The Sole E95 model can handle most heavyweights in that their user weight capacity goes up to 400 pounds without sacrificing stability.  In addition, the 20 inch stride length is much more comfortable than competitive models that restrict stride settings to 14 or 16 inches.  You really don’t have to exceptionally tall in order to enjoy this benefit.Other beneficial goodies include built-in speakers with iPod and MP3 hookup capability, plus there are a variety of heart rate interactive programs available depending on the Sole model.  There is a lifetime warranty on the frame, 5  years on the parts and electronics and 2 years on service, which is one of the best elliptical warranties available in the marketplace today.

Sole is a pretty good product, but be careful with the foot pedals. Even though they seem large enough the stability can be a little tricky until you get used to mounting the machine and starting your momentum.
